Fred Giovanini, LD
Idaho Falls Location
In 1984, Fred Giovanini began his training as a dental technician and worked in the largest dental lab in California.The lab had the best reputation in the state for its high-quality work. They had the contract for the San Francisco 49ers sports appliances and served numerous celebrities.
He personally did Victor Wong’s (starred in The Golden Child, Three Ninjas, Tremors, and Big Trouble in Little China) dentures (stated with his permission), along with other celebrities whose confidentiality he is bound to respect.
As his skills improved over 6 years, he was asked to be manager of the GNATHO-LOGICS Dental Lab at the age of 24 (the youngest ever in California). At that time, he decided to become a licensed, credentialed denturist and open his own practice.
After graduating from the Portland Oregon Denturist College, he interned in Idaho Falls, then opened Pocatello Dentures. This business has evolved to become Dentures By Design.
He has been making dentures since 1984 and sincerely believes that his extensive specialized training and background makes him the best at what he does. He has served as the youngest president of the Idaho Denturist Association and is currently a board member.
Cindy has been a part-owner of Dentures By Design since the beginning, and she has gained extensive knowledge and experience while working with Fred for the past 35 years. She knows the ins and outs of the industry. After completing in-state curriculum through Eastern Idaho Community College, she interned with Fred for two years and received her license in early 2018. She coordinates with Fred to manage both the Pocatello and Idaho Falls clinics.

Angelo Giovanini, L.D.
Nampa Location
Angelo is an Idaho native and has followed in his father Fred’s footsteps to become an outstanding denturist in his own right. After completing in-state curriculum through Eastern Idaho Community College, he went on to complete a 2-year internship with his brother, Geno Giovanini, L.D., and Nick Sander, L.D. (owner of Lifestyle Dentures in Twin Falls). Angelo has been making dentures for 8 years and running the Nampa clinic for the past four years.
